Borealis and Trodat partnership to create more circular ink bottles
Borealis is cooperating with Trodat®, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of rubber stamps headquartered in Wels, Austria, for the production of sustainable ink bottles.

The caps of the ink bottles are made from NAV 128-00 (homogenised natural polypropylene (PP)) and the ink bottles are currently being tested with NAV 159, a Post-Industrial high-density polyethylene Recyclate (PIR HDPE) supplied in different colours.
With the feedstock of both grades originating from the Borealis virgin production sites, this allows the ink bottles to have high circular performance and lets Trodat® be the pioneer of using sustainable materials in the industry.
