Door Panel
In collaboration with Wittmann, a globally leading manufacturer of injection moulding machines, and FRIMO, a leading mould maker, we are producing a lighweight door panel concept, using Borcycle™ EE1300SY, a 15% mineral-filled PP compound containing 30% post-consumer recycled polymer content by weight. To achieve further savings in weight and material, the patented Cellmould structured foam technology developed by WITTMANN is used. The combination of renewable and recycled materials and innovative processing technology creates a part that stands out by its light weight and sustainability.
